Installing Wood Flooring in a Hallway

This 220mm wide, deeply fumed and brushed 20mm deep structural board was used to sympathetically refurbish the hallway in a beautiful character Cotswolds home. The floor needed to be hard wearing due to the footfall from outdoors in all weathers and in keeping with a rural character property.

The boards are finished with a hard wearing UV oil, which gives a very natural satin finish, as it is cured under UV lamps in our factory 3 times to deepen and harden the final finish.

Using Blanchon Oiled Based Natural Soap will keep a floor like this in tip top condition, as the oil in the cleaner will replenish the oil in the floor with every clean.
